3. Methods for mobilizing groups

3.1 Presentation

There are many different methods for mobilizing groups. Most have their own specific features. The methods presented in the following paragraphs are those that can be used for innovation management, and in particular for open innovation, and those that are adapted to change management.

For the record, there are also methods for improving the functioning of a team, i.e. a particular type of small group. These are team coaching methods, including team building. They are not presented here.
