Altshuller classifies the laws of evolution of technical systems into three groups: static, kinematic and dynamic. Here's a brief description of their significance.

Static" laws

Static laws provide a static view of the system at a given point in time (t). Their purpose is to verify the system's structural and functional integrity.

For a system to perform its main function, it must have four fundamental parts, ideally fulfilling their role in its operation.
