4.1 Learn how to control your "eco-communication"
Indeed, this must be proportional to your expertise in the field. It is easy to claim that you are launching green products, but it is also easy for an expert or even a specialist journalist to show that your claim is based on a single criterion and that your products are poor in other respects. It would be wiser to undertake a genuine life cycle analysis to promote the "life cycle" concept within your company, thereby proving that your intentions are commendable. Even wiser, embarking on an AESA process, especially a multi-criteria one, will strengthen the confidence of the public and your employees in your intentions, especially if you manage to keep your commitments and stay below the set limits.
