5. Formalizing results: the objective sheet

The objective sheet enables you to transcribe the result of your subject definition onto a synthetic medium.

This provides you with a quasi-contractual document, which you can then use to implement group creativity in the most effective way.

Fill it in at the end of the interview, or afterwards, and have it validated by the applicant (and the decision-maker, if applicable).
