7. Conclusion
Creativity is a polymorphous concept, both crucial to our economy and poorly understood by companies and organizations. Neuroscience now provides scientific answers to these questions, but the challenge of integrating creativity, which is by nature elusive, into business processes, which are by nature deterministic, remains to be strengthened. A large number of relevant tools are available to the engineer, but these do not replace, on the one hand, the technical skill required to create and evaluate solutions and, on the other, commitment to a strategy of change.
If the creative attitude is valuable, it should be part of an adapted management approach, so as to reduce the impact in terms of psychosocial risk, while developing performance.
