4. Boost your collaboration with suppliers

To ensure your long-term survival and expansion, you need to create a strong, balanced dynamic with your strategic suppliers. To achieve this:

  • Before any partnership :

    • take the time to map your development processes ;

    • determine the areas of innovation you wish to explore jointly with your strategic partners;

    • evaluate your potential partners (meetings, audits, discussions, etc.);

    • analyze their assets, strengths and weaknesses. Compare them with your own.
