4. Create the incubator device

Having all these criteria for the whole company is unattainable at first. So you'll need to recreate a restricted environment and a small, autonomous team capable of carrying out the first pilots successfully, and bringing together as many of the above traits as possible. Don't forget that, fundamentally, this team needs to be a mixed one, connecting the company with external players such as partners, schools, labs, etc.

Depending on the type of innovation (open, continuous...), refer to the other sheets in this chapter to build the best system for each pilot.
