3. Review and outlook

The elements presented below were gathered from an analysis carried out by the project committee at the start of the 2013 academic year with the main stakeholders in various projects completed at the time.

3.1 Positives

Despite its complexity, this operation has produced many positive results.

The first is that all projects have delivered the expected results, under respectable conditions, with the exception of the SAP deployment project, which was halted for various reasons, one of which was budgetary. In fact, the implementation of multi-channel customer relationship management has progressed well, even if there is still significant work to be done.
