In a context where the European branch of this US group, operating across the world, wished to implement in Europe the Travels and Expenses software package already deployed in different countries, including the USA, this lessons-learned presentation describes an example of the implementation of a noteworthy organizational innovation. Management of Travels and Expenses is always a sensitive subject, and the international scope of the project makes it more so. This lessons-learned presentation describes the main components of the approach implemented and gives a detailed analysis of change management tasks. It reports all the activities carried out and the results obtained, and offers a first assessment of the implementation of the package.
