2. HRM practices in competitiveness cluster ICPs

As part of a research project (see box) 2 ), we identified a number of issues that the clusters were confronted with during the CIP set-up phase. The management tools we have developed provide some answers to these issues.

Box 2 – Methodology

Involvement in the field enables us to gain a better understanding of the issues involved, and to work with stakeholders to develop tools capable of supporting inter-organizational collaboration. We invested in a competitiveness cluster for three years, within the framework of a CIFRE (convention industrielle de formation par la recherche) involving the cluster, the PhD student and the laboratory.
