 INTRODUCTION

KeyWatch is developed by iScope and has been on the market since 2003. The latest version of the software is version 5, featuring modern ergonomics and agile information processing mechanisms.

The KeyWatch monitoring platform provides access to more or less visible and structured sources of information in an autonomous and organized way. It enables the organization of data collection and the production of coherent information flows for diversified monitoring and varied uses. The production of value is based on the qualification of sources organized according to the watch axes that correspond to the user's needs.

The KeyWatch monitoring cycle consists of four main phases, following an important preliminary stage of defining needs, qualifying sources and defining queries:

  • collection and monitoring ;

  • identification and categorization of information relevant to monitoring activities;

  • data processing and analysis;

  • distribution through thematic portals or in various formats.

KeyWatch focuses on competitive and technological intelligence, and the identification of new developments. Some 50 companies and several hundred users use it on a daily basis: Air Liquide, L'Oréal, Renault, Rhodia, Safran, CEA, Ministère des Affaires étrangères et européennes, Coface, CNP Assurances, Crédit Mutuel, laboratoires Chiesi, laboratoires Brothier, Midi-Pyrénées Expansion, EMLyon, Centre Georges Pompidou...

The cost of this customized monitoring tool ranges from €10k to €50k.

A user club meets two or three times a year.
