No, it's only relevant for a sector in which solutions move very little and don't hybridize.
Is morphological analysis enough on its own?
It can be coupled with other methods, e.g. functional analysis, brainstorming to extract technological parameters, data mining to map solutions, TRIZ to identify parameters associated with ideal end results, and so on.
