 INTRODUCTION

The Lego® Serious Play® workshop is a powerful collaborative tool for increasing the collective intelligence of your teams. Participate in a Lego workshop and live out your creative potential in a fluid way.

To get your whole team involved in innovation, you'd like to set up a Lego workshop. Through a succession of objectives and increasing challenges, everyone contributes to finding solutions until they become reality, to improve the performance of collective innovation. This fact sheet will help you :

  • unlock the full creativity of individuals and teams ;

  • gain confidence in their creative potential ;

  • increase their motivation and commitment.

Why a Lego ® Serious Play® workshop when you want to innovate collectively?

The varied shapes and colors of Lego bricks inspire every member of your team to create 3D constructions and metaphors that can easily be shared through storytelling, leading to new solutions for the organization.

Your teams are set in motion by these constructions, and collectively become aware of their complementary positions in their projects. Collaborative innovation is enhanced by the fluidity of Lego ® Serious Play ®, which runs through the eight phases of the Creative Problem Solving (CPS©) innovation process.

Each of the eight CPS phases follows a Divergence-Convergence sequence:

  • to diverge is to build many options individually;

  • converging means making choices in individual and collective construction.
