4. Our advice

  • Innovation doesn't always come from where we expect it to: analytical methods for developing innovation strategies are mainly based on a technological approach to innovation. Today, however, sources of value creation seem to come mainly from business innovation.

  • "From the whale to the shoal of fish": innovation strategy is built on an analysis of the organization in its future environment. Its deployment relies on a flexible internal structure that is open to the environment. Within this structure, each team must have the resources it needs to innovate: "innovation is everyone's business".
