7. Mistakes to avoid

7.1 Don't be restrictive in the act of opposition

Insofar as the notice of opposition more or less defines the scope of the proceedings (contested claims and grounds for opposition), it's best to start from a broad basis of contestation, so as to preserve the possibility of putting forward a maximum number of arguments on as many claims as possible.
