4. What are the risks of belonging to an innovation cluster?

When the innovation cluster's action plan is designed by all the players it serves, the risks of a new entrant joining are practically non-existent.

Indeed, in this situation, the players will have taken the time to exhaustively list all the fears, propensities and interests of all the players in the cluster. They will then have produced recommendations to prevent the fears from arising, the objectives from being achieved and the temptations from being controlled. These players may have done this work using methods such as PAT Miroir® [FIC 0327] .
