3.1 Positives

The main positive point is that the project for the regional reorganization of maintenance activities was able to be defined in detail and implemented smoothly, while keeping to the initial schedule. The main points that contributed to the project's success and that should be borne in mind are the setting up of working groups, then the integration of team leaders into them, the judicious consideration of the opinions of staff representative bodies, and the identification and consideration of the needs of populations at risk of not joining the operation.
