1.1 Context

The Suez Environnement group, with 80,000 employees worldwide and 2014 sales of 14.3 billion euros, has three main business lines:

• water management, including distribution and collection, drinking water production, wastewater treatment and reuse, etc. ;

• waste recycling and recovery, including collection and logistics, sorting and dismantling, recovery and treatment, sanitation, maintenance and cleaning;

• regional planning.
