4. Review and outlook
As emerged from the post-event assessment carried out with the Suez Environnement group's human resources department and the project manager, this first collaborative event facilitated and equipped by Stormz was a success, because on the one hand the objectives were achieved, and on the other hand the participants expressed - albeit informally at the end of the event - a definite satisfaction with it.
4.1 Positives
For participants, the collaborative event not only enabled them to achieve the objectives set for each theme, but also to cross-fertilize knowledge, learn collectively from exchanges and, ultimately, mobilize to implement the related changes.
