8.1 Don't forget to adapt the contract to the contextual situation
Depending on the circumstances, the wording of the contract, particularly the warranty clauses, needs to be carefully adapted. For example, on the assignor's side, it may be worth inserting a clause removing the warranty against eviction by third parties, or a clause stipulating that the patent holder will not contest the patent.
