4. A culture of prevention: instructions for use

This final section briefly outlines a "typical" approach to implementing and developing a prevention culture within an equally "typical" organization. It is based in part on the steps outlined by J. Kotter for successful change processes within organizations by adapting them to the objectives and cultural dynamics of prevention.
