Corrective action

Action aimed at eliminating the cause(s) of a non-conformity or undesirable event and preventing its recurrence.

Attitude

Tendency to adopt a certain behavior in a given situation.

Bias (cognitive)

A form of thinking that deviates from logical or rational thinking and tends to be used systematically in certain situations. They may be caused by cognitive limitations (cognitive capacity, time, information, interest) or by emotional processes.

Behavior

All the objectively observable reactions of a subject.
