1. Regulation and standardization of electronic medicine

1.1 Medicine and health

Medicine, literally (from the Latin medica), is the art of healing, based on current scientific knowledge of the human body. The vocation of medicine is to restore health through the most appropriate therapy, and to prevent pathologies through a set of recommendations.

Medicine is the art of treating injuries and ailments with drugs or surgery, using so-called "conventional" methods based on proven, i.e. reproducible, scientific facts. This medicine uses therapies based on biological and pharmaceutical products, ionizing radiation, psychotherapy and so on.
