4. ISO/CEI 17025, but not only!

Don't think that the only accreditation standard is ISO/CEI 17025.

Accreditation guarantees competence to carry out a test/calibration using a specific method, in a laboratory with an efficient quality system, with reference to accreditation on the report/certificate.

The ISO/CEI 17025 standard covers "laboratories with an effective quality system". However, in the interests of uniform treatment, accreditation bodies may issue a document containing recommendations and details for applying the standard (see Annex B of ISO/CEI 17025).

Of course, you'll also need to comply with the specified method (normative or regulatory text, etc.) and the associated technical guides, whether normative (good practice guide standards, for example) and/or published by the accreditation body (accreditation guides, for example, or former...
