6. Keep your commitments to build trust

At the end of the assessment, you must respond to any deviations by proposing corrective plans. These plans must clearly state the causes and consequences of the deviation, and indicate the action taken. They form an integral part of the report, and will enable the commission to judge your mastery of the task, so don't overlook them.

On the other hand, accreditation regulations set maximum implementation times, depending on the case, so we shouldn't rush into proposing respectable timescales.

Action plans will be systematically evaluated at the next assessment, and compliance with them is the key to building confidence over time.
