5.1 Be creative

In France, as in many other countries, quality approaches, probably more than quality itself, still suffer from a lack of interest. This is reflected, for example, in the relative stagnation in the number of ISO 9001-certified organizations in France and Europe.

The opening up and deepening of the "strategy" and "human" dimensions to complement the "technical" and "management" dimensions opens the door to new practices and calls for adapted methods and tools.

Corporate quality, like any other discipline, must be able to evolve in its practices, methods and tools in line with changes in the economic world and society as a whole.
