2. Prioritize actions and customize your quality management system
The manager of the ISO technical committee in charge of updating the ISO 9000 family of standards in 2015 suggests another way forward: adapt the provisions to your needs (personalize) and don't try to cover everything uniformly (prioritize).
In practical terms, the application of this advice presupposes that the organization has defined its quality requirements and its quality management system.
