3.1 Organize the purchase of your external services, aiming for traceability to IS units

This will enable technical supervision to be carried out within the purchasing process for these services, both before purchase and after delivery. The department in charge of purchasing will draw on the calibration programs corresponding to user requirements.

Check the recognition of each of your service providers, or ask for the mark of the accreditor signing the calibration agreement (MRA signatory, accredited calibration facilities, validity of accreditation at the time, etc.). Keep track!
