2. What are mutual recognition agreements?

2.1 CIPM – National metrology institutes

Managed at the level of the diplomatic treaty known as the Metre Convention, the CIPM has set up an agreement for the recognition of calibration services provided by NMIs.

Based on interlaboratory comparisons, each accreditation mark recognized as equivalent can be consulted. You can also contact the Laboratoire national de métrologie et d'essais (LNE, in France).
