Technologies for controlling a physical system made up of sensors, actuators, processing devices such as PLCs, communication networks and the software needed to control and monitor physical processes.

IT ( Information Technology )

Information processing technologies, corresponding to classic computer systems that interact with users and process data.

ICS ( Industrial Control System )

Industrial control system or industrial command control system.

PLC ( Programmable Logic Controller )

Programmable Logic Controller.

RTU ( Remote Terminal Unit )

Remote terminal unit.

IED ( Intelligent Electronic Device )
