4. Detailed description of an application example

Modeling human organization is one of the possible applications of multi-agent systems. The [13] example we will develop here had a dual objective:

• model a complex administrative system, i.e. an industrial property department coupled with the company's information-documentation department;

• specify a cooperative work support system, i.e. a tool to assist players involved in administrative procedures.

This work was carried out in three phases.
