2.1 Classification of horo-electric devices

The advantages of using electrical energy over mechanical devices are as follows:

  • the use of electrical energy eliminates some of the loss of mechanical energy, due to the absence of a reduction gear between the motor and the exhaust;

  • the transmission of energy during the impulse is continuous and metered; the electric exhaust is more efficient; it is possible to systematically reduce motor torque as the amplitude increases 2.2.3
