5.1 Maintenance file

• Layout of equipment in the building

  You will need :

  • safe, adequately dimensioned and well-lit access to equipment and work platforms;

  • appropriate handling equipment ;

  • the ability to isolate certain devices without disturbing other equipment.

  The maintenance file drawn up by the project owner must include instructions for the ventilation system, specifying :
