9. Construction and commissioning of new installations

The aim of the realization tasks is to deepen and concretize, in successive stages, the choices formalized in the final design file. There are three performance criteria to be met: controlling costs, meeting deadlines, maintaining quality and controlling performance. Success depends as much on the skills of those involved as on the organization (interfaces, document management, communications, etc.) put in place to bring the project to a successful conclusion.

The various stages making up the realization phase are presented in table 9 . Numerous players are involved in the different phases of the project, and it is essential for the overall coherence of the project that monitoring tasks (costs, deadlines, quality) are carried out with the utmost rigor.
