4. Implementing a quality approach as part of a food-processing project

Whatever the size and scope of a project to create or improve a production facility, implementing a quality approach requires :

  • the creation of a qualification group or "committee" representative of the diversity of skills within the company, whose role will be to check that the choice of solutions and the operating results obtained are in line with the company's needs;
