4. Implementing a quality approach as part of a food-processing project

Whatever the size and scope of a project to create or improve a production facility, implementing a quality approach requires :

• setting up a qualification group or committee representative of the company's skills diversity, whose role will be to check that the solutions chosen and the operating results obtained are in line with the company's needs;

• respecting key phases and stages to avoid mistakes, backtracking, oversights and their consequences in terms of demotivation and extra costs.
