4. Complementary operations

4.1 Grinding gas pedals: "VALEK" type

  • Use

    This horizontal-axis machine is not really a bluttery. Its purpose is to economize on the roll splines of B1 and B2, the sifting surface at the plansichter and to shorten roll lengths (especially in B2 and B3). Grinding wheat on fluted roller mills with a roller gap of 0.5 to 0.4 mm for B1 and 0.25 to 0.20 mm for B2 is not necessarily more advantageous when you want to obtain good-quality, low-ash flours with less energy.

    The machine makes it possible to modify the working effect of roller machines to a great extent, with a more open gauge, 1 mm for B1, and 0.60 mm for B2. It also shortens roll lengths, especially in B2-B3, and saves blasting surface on long screens....
