EC 2.3.2.13 (Enzyme Commission; 2 (transferases). 3 (proteins/peptides). 2 (glutamine). 13 (gamma glutamyl transferase))

International classification of enzymes beginning with EC (enzyme commission), followed by numerical codes: the first digit indicates the type of reaction (1 = transferase, 2 = nd the second digit indicates the substrate (3 = proteins/peptides), the third digit indicates the receptor residue (2 = glutamine), and the fourth digit indicates the reaction site (13 = glutamyl gamma transferase).
