  • BIM (Building Information Modeling)

    Also known as "digital mock-up", this is a digital tool comprising both a graphic representation of the building and a building-related database.

  • CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics)

    is based on a much more complex mathematical background. It involves solving the fundamental equations of fluid dynamics, known as the Navier-Stockes equations.

  • Conventional consumption

    It corresponds to consumption calculated using a regulatory calculation tool (in accordance with THBCE rules). It is usually related to an annual period of use and the surface area of the dwelling. It is expressed in primary energy, i.e. kWhep/m 2...
