5.1 Periodicity of review of operating reports
In future, it seems that the periodic revision of the operating report could be initiated as soon as a BREF is modified. If such a practice becomes a reality, however, it will have to take into account the case of plants hosting several installations listed in Appendix 1 of the 2004 ministerial order, otherwise these plants will be required to revise their operating reports on an almost permanent, and therefore pointless, basis.
