A company's employees are an invaluable resource, especially when it comes to making proposals. Involving them is a guarantee of success. Not only will some of them, such as the "women and men in the field", be able to suggest relevant improvement actions specific to their activities, but the involvement of as many people as possible upstream will ensure greater acceptability and commitment when it comes to implementing these actions.
