However, the plant remains subject to general environmental regulations.

In addition, a facility that is no longer classified may remain covered by the requirements of the prefectoral authorization order if it is connected to or close to a facility subject to authorization, thereby modifying the hazards or inconveniences of the latter.

If the application for authorization, registration or declaration is still under examination at the time of withdrawal of the nomenclature item, the examination procedure is suspended and the Prefecture is required to inform you by letter that your application has become irrelevant following withdrawal of the nomenclature item.
