3. Application for authorization

3.1 Contents

These provisions stipulate that seven copies of the authorization application must be sent to the departmental prefect before the plant is commissioned.

In practice, it is common practice to request several additional copies, including one for each commune within the posting radius.

This file is the responsibility of the operator. However, it may be drawn up with the assistance of one or more competent offices. It must include :
