5. Mistakes to avoid

5.1 Don't ignore all the regulations that apply to you

Whether or not your activities have changed since the date of the prefectoral decree, a review of the prefectoral decree's requirements is not sufficient to prove a site's compliance with its regulatory obligations. We therefore advise you to carry out a regular regulatory review (at least once a year) with at least :

• update the ICPE classification of your activities ;

• Identification of regulations concerning your new activities;

• identify regulatory changes concerning existing installations.
