Who pays for the reproduction of documents requested by a third party?

These charges are payable by the person requesting the document, but the applicable rates are regulated.

The administrative authority issuing the copy is bound by a maximum tariff set at :

• 0.18 per A4 page in black and white printing ;

• 1.83 for a diskette ;

• 2.75 € for a CD-ROM.

Copies made on media other than those listed are subject to a fee determined by the administrative authority, which may take into account :

• the cost of the media supplied to the applicant ;

• the depreciation and operating costs of the equipment used to reproduce the...
