5.1 Anticipate the June 1, 2015 deadline

In all establishments likely to hold hazardous substances or mixtures, it is imperative to anticipate the implementation of obligations linked to the entry into force of the Seveso III Directive on June 1 2015, by carrying out a pre-census of hazardous substances and mixtures based on the classification of the European CLP Regulation.
