5. Mistakes to avoid

5.1 Don't miss the deadline in case of prior art

Be careful not to exceed the one-year deadline for notifying the prefect that you are already operating an activity that has just been made subject to authorization by a change in the ICPE nomenclature (creation of a new heading or lowering of thresholds). Once this deadline has passed, you will have to submit a complete regularization file, subject to the full procedure.
