1. Determine the summary of the impact study to summarize the structure of your project

The content of the impact study and the order of presentation of the various analyses to be carried out are defined in article R. 122-5 of Code de l’environnement .

The impact study comprises 12 different elements:

  • a non-technical summary ;

  • project description ;

  • description of relevant aspects of the current state of the environment;

  • a description of the factors likely to be affected by the project;

  • description of the project's significant impact ;

  • a description of the project's expected significant negative impact...
