1. Control your obligations

1.1 Does the inspector have to inform you of his visit?

The inspector must inform you forty-eight hours before the visit. However, this obligation does not constitute an absolute right, since the legislator has provided for the possibility of an unannounced inspection, which by its very nature implies that you are not notified.
