4. Our advice

4.1 Be cooperative

You need to explain yourself calmly and constructively.

You must adopt an open and positive attitude, and in particular make available to the inspector all documents relating to the operation of your business under the ICPE regime:

  • those you are asked to communicate;

  • but also those that you are obliged to draw up and keep up to date in your capacity as an ICPE operator, in particular as part of your waste management and monitoring of pollutant discharges.
